I’m still busy helping KE interior and architecture, but I finished there on Tuesday and I’m back in the office now, working on a building right here around the corner of my flat that will be transformed into new apartments. I’ve realized that they started this housing scheme in Cape Town but I wonder if it’s going to succeed because the rent would be too expensive anyway... Not everyone can afford upmarket prices for a basic 280SQM apartment.
